RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In the case that you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from our online store, you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order to alert us that you are intending to exchange/refund.
Once we have acknowledged your email and have accepted your return note, you will be responsible for shipping and costs incurred of returning the item. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible if the item goes missing.
Returned items must be in original condition with tags still attached. We must receive the item within 7 days of original purchase date. Any items returned to us outside of this time frame will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse any item that we believe is not in the original condition that it was purchased.
Once returned items have been received, they will undergo review and once approved you will be sent your new item (in the case of exchange) or refunded (in the case of return) onto original payment method. Please allow 2-3 days for a refund to show in your account.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact us immediately.
We cannot refund shipping on returns, except in the case that an item is faulty.
Sale items are non-refundable and non exchangeable.
