LIMB ships WORLDWIDE. All international shipping (outside of Australia) is an added flat rate of $25.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Our domestic & International courier company is Sendle.

All packages are required to be signed for upon delivery.
Online Store Purchases
Our online department gladly accepts returns for exchange, credit or refund (on full priced) unworn items with tags attached. Sale or discounted items purchased online are eligible for an Exchange or Credit Note. Please note, no refunds will be issued on sale items for incorrect choice or change of mind – please choose carefully!
Final Sale items (50% discount or more and all Archive Sale items) purchased are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the returns process with your order number and ‘RETURN’ in the title. We strongly suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible if the item goes missing.
We must receive the item within 10 days of original purchase date and or within 10 days of receiving item if package was sent via post. We have the right to refuse any item that we believe is not in the original condition that it was purchased. Once returned items have been received, you will be sent your new item (in the case of exchange) or refunded (in the case of return) onto the original payment method. Please allow 3-4 days for a refund to show in your account. Returns may also be processed in our store.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact us immediately.
Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items.
No returns will be accepted for underwear, swimwear or jewellery.
As per Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind. We accept exchange or in store credit if the items are returned within 7 days of purchase and returned items are in unworn original condition.
Refunds will only be issued if items are proven to be unfixable and are deemed to be faulty.
