Limb the Label ships anywhere within Australia and New Zealand, for international orders, please contact our customer service at info@limbthelabel.com

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Our domestic courier company is Sendle. Please see below estimates for postage in Australia.


Next Day — Bendigo, Melbourne, Geelong

1-2 Days — Adelaide, Albury, Canberra, Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney, Woolongong

2-5 Days — Brisbane, Coffs Harbour, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Northern Rivers, Port Macquarie, Toowoomba

4-7 Days — Maryborough, Cairns, Bundaberg, Mackay, Rock Hampton, Sunshine Coast, Townsville

5-10 Days — Darwin, Perth

 

We aim to ship out as quickly as possible however due to weather, holidays and sale periods our shipping or processing times may vary. We always try to notify you if there are any unexpected delays — thank you for your patience.

All packages are required to be signed for upon delivery.



RETURNS

Our online department gladly accepts returns for exchange, credit or refund (on full priced) unworn items with tags attached. Sale or discounted items purchased online are eligible for an Exchange or Credit Note. Please note, no refunds will be issued on sale items for incorrect choice or change of mind – please choose carefully! The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us at info@limbthelabel.com to begin the returns process with your order number and ‘RETURN’ in the title. We strongly suggest using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible if the item goes missing.

We must receive the item within 10 days of original purchase date. We have the right to refuse any item that we believe is not in the original condition that it was purchased. Once returned items have been received, you will be sent your new item (in the case of exchange) or refunded (in the case of return) onto the original payment method. Please allow 3-4 days for a refund to show in your account. Returns may also be processed in our store.

Sale items purchased IN STORE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit, including items sold at promotional discount.
